Once a report is completed a fire report can be obtained by emailing our records department. In the email please indicate the type of report you are requesting (fire report, EMS report), The date of the incident, the incident address and the name of the party involved (if applicable). We will then respond within a reasonable timeframe with the required forms to be filed. The department may assess a reasonable fee for supplies utilized to supply the report.

The Joint Fire District contracts with a professional billing agency to bill each patient who is transported to a hospital on our behalf. This agency may contact you to verify your insurance information. They will then directly bill your insurance provider for the services The Joint Fire District provided. Your insurance should keep you informed of the payment process. If your insurance agency inadvertently sends the reimbursement to you, please contact us and forward the reimbursement. These cost are typically associated with motor vehicle accidents, structure fires, and hazardous materials calls. The department may bill for other types of calls based on costs associated with the incident response. Traditionally the bill is sent to the responsible party’s insurance provider, but in the event you receive a bill it is best practice to contact your insurance provider.
